1.最新情報
1)10月1日「新型コロナワクチン」定期接種開始 本年10月1日より、
オミクロン株の新系統「JN.1」やその派生型に対応した新型コロナワクチンの定期接種が開始されます。
接種対象は65歳以上の高齢者と、重い基礎疾患を持つ60〜64歳の人が対象となり、接種費用の一部は国が市町村に助成し、自己負担額は最大約7000円となる見込みです。
対象外の人は「任意接種」で、原則全額自己負担となる予定です。
接種期間は各自治体設定のもと2025年3月31日を予定しています。

以上、各製薬企業が現在ワクチンの開発・販売を進めていますが、今回の定期接種では各自治体の市町村が各製薬企業の中からが使用するワクチンを選定する流れとなります。
実際は各医療機関が医薬品卸会社を通じて使用するワクチンを注文したのち、各自治体・市町村に請求を行います。 実質的には各医療機関がどのワクチンを使用するかの判断を行うことになります。

2) 新型インフルエンザ等対策政府行動計画「閣議決定」 コロナ禍を繰り返す恐れのある重大な懸念材料としてメルマガの特集で何度もお伝えしてきた「新型インフルエンザ等対策政府行動計画（案）」ですが、7月2日正式に閣議決定がなされました。
